With strong experience in small business accounting, GST, payroll and day-to-day bookkeeping, she keeps everything running smoothly for Trailblazer clients.
As a Xero-savvy problem-solver, she loves helping business owners feel organised and in control.
Outside the office, Ricki’s world revolves around her little boy — plus a love of baking that often makes its way to the team. She brings warmth, patience and precision to everything she does.
Flynn The Dog
Adventure Specialist
Flynn is the four-legged spirit of Trailblazer Accountants — a gentle reminder that life (and business) is better with a bit of joy in the mix.
She’s a friendly, outdoorsy girl who loves trail adventures, sunny naps and keeping an eye on the humans while they work.
Flynn isn’t always in the office, but she’s very much part of the team’s heartbeat. Her energy brings fun, lightness and the occasional laugh to the day.
